2단계 - 예약 및 결제

코치를 선택하셨다면 코칭 날짜와 시간을 

선택하시고 현재 한국어 구사능력을 기재해주세요. 그리고 구매하기 버튼을 클릭하여 결제해주세요.

※ 1:1 예약제 코칭 상품으로 코치 사정에 의해 일정이 변경될 수 있습니다. 

3단계 - zoom 코드 발송

결제일 기준 48시간 이내로 zoom 코드

(링크URL)를 zoom으로 발송해드립니다. 

※ 가입시 기재해 주신 e-mail 기준으로 이메일이 발송됩니다.

오기입된 전화번호, 이메일인 경우 줌 링크를 받으실 수 없으므로 정확한 연락처를 꼭 기재해 주시기 바랍니다. 

정보 불확실성으로 인한 코칭 미진행은 업씨의 책임이 아님을 알려드립니다.

4단계 - 온라인 코칭 진행

고객님이 선택했던 시간에 zoom을 이용한

1:1 온라인 코칭이 오픈됩니다. 서로 언어를 교환하며 언어능력을 향상시킵니다.

에서 확인해 주세요. 

※ 예약된 zoom에 10분 내로 입장하지 않을 경우 코칭은 자동 종료 되오니 꼭 시간 엄수해 주시기 바랍니다.

미입장으로 인한 코칭 미진행은 업씨의 책임이 아님을 알려드립니다.

5단계 - 코칭 마무리 및 이용후기 

- 총 4회 (또는 총8회) 언어교환이 이뤄집니다. 매회 코칭 종료 후 24시간 이내로 업씨 매니저가 다음 코칭 스케쥴을 잡아드립니다. (via e-mail) 

- 최종적으로 코칭이 종료되면, 이후 고객님은 코치에 대한 후기를 남길 수 있습니다. 좋았던 부분, 부족한 부분 혹은 바라는 점을 남겨주시면 추후 코칭 시 반영하기 위해 노력하겠습니다.

취소 및 환불 규정

1. 1:1코칭수업 이므로 환불 불가 상품이나 

단순변심 및 기타 사유로 인한 환불은 상호 협의하에 청약 철회 및 환불이 가능합니다.

내용은 아래와 같습니다.

2. 온라인 코칭 결제일 기준 24시간 이내 

 -  환불 요청 시 100% 환불

3. 온라인 코칭 결제일 기준 24시간 이후

 -  환불 불가

4. 코칭 진행 중 의뢰인의 폭언, 욕설, 성희롱적 발언, 기분 나쁜 언행, 개인정보 질문 등의 사건이 발생할 경우 코칭은 종료되며 잔여 이용요금은 환불되지 않습니다. 또한 민/형사상 법적 대응합니다. 

※ 지금 만나고 있는 코치, 업씨팀원은 당신의 가족 중 한 사람일 수 있습니다. 산업안전보건법 등 관련법에 따라 고객응대직원(코치 및 업씨팀원)을 보호하기 위하여 고객의 폭언, 성희롱, 언어희롱, 신변위협, 인격침해, 업무방해 등의 경우 수사기관에 필요조치 요구 및 형법에 의한 처벌 대상이 될 수 있습니다.
